There’s nothing more empowering than seeing yourself progress; get stronger, fitter, learn a new skill, improve your mobility, feel your best in your own skin, build your self-confidence. Jayne is here to help you with that, whatever your goal may be.

Jayne works with a wide range of clients – from rehabbing a dodgy shoulder and lower back to learning Olympic Weightlifting. Her 8 years of experience working in the fitness industry whilst developing her skillset with continuous education allows her to work with her clients whatever their goal may be, with the underlying goal to ensure good movement and functionality to maintain long-term health.

Jayne is an extremely passionate, driven and hardworking individual, who goes above and beyond to help others achieve their goals. Her discipline and motivation is reflected in both her award-winning performance as an international physique competitor as well as her long-standing relationships with her 1-1 and online clients.

Jayne has been an IFBB bikini competitor for years, and has represented the U.K. at the Arnold’s and the Amateur Olympia. Prior to this, she was a competitive swimmer and distance runner for Hong Kong. She knows what it takes to work hard for what you want, and therefore instils this mentality on her clients too.

Her background and knowledge in training and fuelling for both performance and aesthetics has developed her skills as a strength and conditioning specialist, with a strong emphasis on finding a sustainable method that allows for flexibility and longevity in her clients’ city-based lifestyle, where desk-based jobs and wining and dining are a key part of their lives.
